Luxembourg Depositary Conference 2017 - Between constraints and opportunities?
Luxembourg’s custody industry is still facing challenges: whether it is strategic issues or regulatory constraints. In view of this, IFE proposes this year the Depositary conference which will take place in Luxembourg on December 6th.
This event will include regulatory specialists, bankers, lawyers and actors from the bank industry in Luxembourg. They will debate on regulatory updates and future outlook on UCITS depositaries, impacts on depositories of AIFMD and UCITS V from a practical and operational perspective. The future of the Luxembourg depositary market and the cross-border distribution will also be highlighted.
During the conference, Jean-Pierre Gomez, Head of Regulatory & Public Affairs Luxembourg, will animate the following panel: “What are the role and impacts on depositories of AIFMD et UCITS V from a practical and operational perspective?”, and on a bigger perspective, he will have the honor to chair the Conference.
