SGSS rewarded by Celent for its digital transformation
Societe Generale Securities Services (SGSS) has been committed to an ambitious digital transformation for several years, with efficiency and client experience as its watchwords, and is now rewarded.
At a virtual ceremony held live from New York on 21 March 2024, Celent (Oliver Wyman Group), a leading technology research and advisory firm for financial institutions around the world, announced the winners of the Celent Model Awards 2024.
On this occasion, SGSS received the prestigious "Capital Markets Model Bank" award for its ability to transform the user experience of clients and employees with its new digital client portal, MySGSS.
This all-in-one client portal will ultimately provide institutional clients with a single point of entry to all their SGSS services and will offer a consolidated view of their data in a single interface, allowing clients and employees to access the same data, in the same way, in one place.
It is hosted on SG Markets and therefore benefits from the recognised strength of Societe Generale group's B-to-B platform. MySGSS draws on digital capabilities shared at the Group level, and is structured to meet the fundamental needs of interaction between our clients and employees.
MySGSS is now available to institutional clients in France and will be gradually enriched with new services, new features and data sources, all based on clients’ feedback.
This award recognises SGSS' capacity for innovation in the service of the client experience; it also reflects the historical proximity of SGSS employees to their clients, and their commitment to continuously strengthening our interaction model. Congratulations to everyone involved in this great joint success! -Alexandra Chauvel, Co-Head of Coverage, Marketing & Solutions and Head of Client Experience at SGSS.
