SGSS has received a new award for its MySGSS digital client portal at the AM Tech Day Awards 2024

This remarkable award, for which we were competing with Fund Channel and Sopiad, is in addition to the "Capital Markets Model Bank – Digital Transformation" award presented by Celent in March 2024.

This second award testifies to our ongoing commitment to transforming the relationship model and our capacity for innovation to enhance the client experience, while underlining the long-standing close relationship between our employees and our clients.

Our all-in-one digital client portal will ultimately provide institutional clients (asset managers, asset owners, financial institutions, and private equity, real estate and private debt fund managers) with a single point of entry to all their SGSS services. It will provide a consolidated view of their data in a single interface, ensuring clients and employees access the same fundamental data from their interactions, in the same format, in the same way and in one place.

It is hosted on SG Markets and therefore benefits from the recognised strength of Societe Generale group's B-to-B platform. It is based on digital capabilities shared across the Group and is structured to meet the fundamental needs of interaction between our clients and employees.

The starting point for MySGSS is the client. According to Alexandra Chauvel, Co-Head of Coverage, Marketing and Solutions and Head of Client Experience at SGSS:

By focusing on our clients, we are effectively simplifying our interactions and allowing more direct access to our experts.

MySGSS is now available to institutional clients in France and will be gradually enriched with new services, new features and data sources, all based on clients’ feedback.
